The Capital One Tracker Plus account guarantees a rate of interest the same as the bank of England base rate at least until 31/03/2006 plus a bonus for the first year. Capital One require a minimum investment of £5000 to open this account. Each year you are allowed up to 5 instant withdrawals any more than this and Capital One will enforce a penalty of deducting 30 days interest from your Tracker Plus account. Capital One Tracker Plus account can be managed by post or telephone with the choice to receive interest monthly or annually.
